We are not certified gluten-free. However, our ingredient suppliers are certified, and we have also tested our products for less than 10 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. We are in the process of getting our certification.

We are not certified organic, but our tapioca starch is certified organic, and all of our ingredients are non-GMO.

All of our products are shipped in boxes with insulated liners and plenty of dry ice to ensure proper temperature control. Given how expensive it can be to ship with ice we can only ship a minimum and maximum of 4 bags at a time. You can order in multiples of 4 bags (4, 8, 12, 16…) in the same order at checkout.

If you have any issue with your order such as damaged/spoiled goods or are experiencing a long delay in shipment, we are happy to provide you with a reshipment. Email us at hello@eatmashas.com.

They will last in the freezer for up to a year.

We use nationwide 1-3 day shipping for all online orders so the product gets to you quickly to prevent any spoilage. We do not ship orders placed after Thursday 12pm EST that same week. We do so in order to prevent any orders from spending an additional day in transit on Sundays when the post office is closed. All baked goods products are shipped in insulated containers with ice to keep them temperature controlled while in transit. Freeze all products immediately upon arrival.

Our bagel bites are best prepared in the oven. This ensures that the outer crust remains crispy. Put them on a baking tray with parchment or foil and bake for 10 minutes at 450F.

No time to wait? Throw them in the microwave for 40 seconds and they’ll be just as delicious.
